Ladder down








Tuesday we teamed up for a partner ladder workout.  A ladder is when you start with 10 reps the first, 9 reps the second set etc until you get to 1 rep.  This was a nice workout, it got everyone moving and worked out some of the soreness that a lot of you felt after the Curtis P workout on Monday.  

Congratulations to Julia and Nicole H on getting their first kipping pull-ups today!  Thanks to Katie and Colby for joining us for their first workout, they both did a great job!

Workout was:

run a lap

then

partner ladder 10-1

kettlebell hi-pull or snatch
ball slam
ring row

finish with 100 med ball partner sit up passes
