dead hang it







Tuesday in class worked for skill we worked on dead hang pull-ups or negative pull-ups, ring dips and kettlebell hi-pulls.

Workout was:
35 seconds of work/25 seconds of rest

ball slam
jump rope
shuttle run
jumping pull-ups
kettlebell one arm swing - left
kettlebell one arm swing - right

Here's a great post from Mark's Daily Apple, kettlebellin' for strength.  We love kettlebells because of their portability, the wide variety of exercises you can do with them and best of all nothing will make you feel stronger than flinging around a huge hunk of metal.
